About Us

History

We serve the employees of Oahu Transit Services, a private, not-for-profit organization that operates TheBus and TheHandi-Van on Oahu. OTS employees’ family members and household members also automatically qualify for membership in the credit union.

In early September 2018, we completed a merger with Aloha Pacific Federal Credit Union. Today our name is OTS Employees Credit Union, a Division of Aloha Pacific Federal Credit Union. This partnership includes more than 2,000 Select Employee Groups (SEGs), whose employees, family and household members are also eligible for membership.

Executive Management

Aloha Pacific Federal Credit Union's executive management team consists of six individuals with decades of experience in the financial industry. The team oversees the daily operations of the credit union and, with the Board of Directors, works to ensure the future growth and chart the direction of the credit union.

Board of Directors

The Board of Directors designs the overall strategy of Aloha Pacific FCU and is dedicated to the financial health and well-being of its members. All are volunteers — and members of APFCU in good standing — who are elected to staggered two-year terms by the members of the credit union.
