Membership ($5 in Regular Savings) required for service. Loans require credit approval. Issuance of check (debit) card is free. Unlimited surcharge-free service at all APFCU ATMs. *Five (5) non-APFCU ATM withdrawal fees are waived per month. ATM surcharge fees charged by the ATM owner may apply. First Hawaiian Bank, American Savings Bank, Hawaii National Bank and Bank of Nevada ATM surcharge fees are waived.
